In the Strategic Partnerships team, we like to say we’re a part of Bornfight that signals the way for others. We don't write code or design, but we use a combination of our consulting, account management and sales skills, together with our knowledge of business models, strategies, markets, and industries to help our clients grow their businesses and achieve continuous success. We are looking for a person with an interest in business, sales, design, and technology. If you have that "can do” spirit and you’re ready to work hard and learn about business strategy, consulting and sales, send us your CV. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA or MA in business studies
  • 2+ year of experience in Sales and/or Account Management role in the IT industry
  • Understanding the fundamentals of the digital solutions building process, ie. websites and mobile apps
  • Good computer skills including Google Workspace and iWork
  • Excellent knowledge of Croatian (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent presentational skills

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Acquire new clients through inbound or outbound sales
  • Lead the acquisition process internally and externally by organizing meetings, sending business proposals and making sure the presentation of our services is understandable to potential clients
  • Take care of clients in your portfolio through constant communication with clients, understanding their business environment and being proactive in solving their business challenges
  • Supporting the production departments in delivering an outstanding service in order to retain and grow all clients accounts
  • Reach goals and sales quotas set by the management or Head of Sales
  • Deliver proactive ideas to improve all tasks done in your unit/team and in the overall sales process
  • Reporting efficiency through timely and accurate CRM update in order to accurately forecast revenue
  • Professional internal and external communication (Customer satisfaction survey, internal department surveys, peer reviews, top-down evaluation)
