We raised our salary ranges for all positions!

After we announced in August that our average salary had risen by as much as 29% since the beginning of the pandemic, we updated our pay grades for all positions and seniority levels.

Since the public announcement of our salaries in February 2020, our CEO Tomislav, together with heads of our departments, has been continuously conducting market research and adjusting pay grades so that we can offer our current and future employees salaries that are among the highest on the market.

Salary has a tremendous impact on people’s satisfaction and motivation, and our research has shown that employees in the IT industry put a strong focus on it. That’s why we strive to ensure that the salaries we can offer Bornfight employees are always in the top 10% in the local IT market.

The last major adjustment of all our ranks was carried out in the second half of 2020 — after the stabilization of the global economic situation caused by the initial shock of the coronavirus pandemic. As the IT industry proved extremely resilient to economic crises, this adjustment was just the first step in our accelerated growth in 2021 — a growth that allowed us to hire an additional 40 people and embark on strong digital product development and strengthening leadership.

This current adjustment at the company level has led to an exceptional increase in pay grades in all of our teams and at all levels of seniority — from several thousand kunas higher salaries in Junior and Middle positions, ten thousand kunas increase in Senior position, and 20,000 kunas more for Senior Product Managers.

In addition to the new adjustment of salary grades for Junior, Middle and Senior positions, this development also defined salary ranges for leadership positions in all teams.

From January 1st, 2022, the salaries of our managers will be defined within the following ranks (depending on the amount of experience and skills):
